The CPB’s Presentations to Consumers and Industry

The NYS Consumer Protection Board provides education and information sessions throughout the State, including train-the-trainer programs to advocacy and grassroots groups, business associations and professional services providers, on a variety of current topics.
Once trained, organizations are provided with a tool kit to further assist their community and constituency groups. Each toolkit includes electronic versions of CPB brochures and resources for unlimited printing, as well as PowerPoint presentations for the participant’s usage.
