The New York State Consumer Protection Board (CPB)
is the enforcement agency for the New York State Do Not Call Law. In
an effort to raise public awareness about how to prevent most
unwanted sales calls and how to file a complaint, the Agency
launched a Statewide radio campaign, which ran starting in January
2009.
